CHALLENGES


In 2019, the real estate market in Vietnam was booming, but no developers were building properties with the lives of their residents in mind. Filmore was created to challenge the standards of Vietnamese real estate, giving people the chance to experience a new kind of personal luxury that connects them both to the space, and to other residents.



SOLUTION


Filmore emerged as a visionary passion project, set on redefining Vietnamese real estate by weaving life, soul, and artistry into every space they create. At its heart is Founder Nguyen Tan Danh’s dream of a new kind of personal luxury—one that transcends the conventional, fostering meaningful connections between the individual, their environment, and the artistic values embedded within.

The brand’s identity is a celebration of contrasts and harmony, symbolized by the interplay of the circle and square—representing art and space. This thoughtful balance of form and meaning results in a composition system that is both elegant and versatile, serving as the foundation of Filmore’s distinctive visual language. The reimagined design reflects the brand’s commitment to elevating living spaces into immersive experiences, where every detail resonates with purpose and creativity.
