LIVING FABRIC

Singapore’s Paya Lebar Quarter is the biggest regeneration project undertaken by Lendlease in Asia. We created a vibrant visual and verbal identity that covered the entire mixed-use development from commercial to retail and residential.

The concept of threads connecting the diverse experiences comes from the areas heritage of creating woven fabrics. The threads act in an organic manner, searching and moving outward, creating icons and connecting imagery together.

Physical threads are followed around the space that weave in and out of the buildings, used as wayfinding and creating installations. The brand was designed to attract world-class tenants and unify the space under one brand.
